FLORD Return Policy


At FLORD, we back our quality and want you to be stoked with your order. If something’s not right — whether it’s our fault or you just ordered the wrong size — we’ve got your back.


We Accept Returns If:

You received the wrong item or size

The product arrived damaged or defective

You ordered the wrong size and want to swap it


Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.



📦 Conditions for Return:


To be eligible for return:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition

Tags must still be attached

Must be returned in original packaging


We do not accept returns for change of mind.



💸 Return Shipping Costs:


Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing error or something on our end.



🔁 Refund Method:


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue store credit.

No credits will be processed until the product is back in our hands and approved.



🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Items that have been worn or washed

Items without tags or original packaging

Items returned after the 7-day window

Sale or clearance items
